Refund & Returns Policy
At APEX DECK HOBBIES SDN. BHD., we aim to provide high-quality trading cards, booster packs, graded cards, and hobby products. We are committed to handling returns and refunds fairly and transparently.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
Important: Opened booster packs, sealed starter decks once used, and graded cards cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Cards damaged due to improper handling or misuse after delivery
- Items returned without their original packaging or accessories
- Clearance, promotional, or limited-time items (unless defective)
3. Refund Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at apexdeck@outlook.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos of the item (if applicable)
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Exchange Option
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Contact our support team for assistance with exchanges.
